Created for both pediatric and adult users, the Signature Series Otter™ Mattress is 3-layered foam mattress designed to prevent and help relieve pressure sores. The mattress features high-density rails as well as an emulsion cover with welded corners and bottom zipper to help protect against fluid incursion.
The Signature Series Otter™ Mattress is designed & manufactured in Canada. This mattress is CertiPUR-US certified – safe for indoor use and free from harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde and ozone depleters.

The Signature Series Bumblebee™ Cushion is pediatric cushion designed to promote a stable seating posture and naturally align the lower limbs. The lateral adductors and the medial abductor support the patient’s lower body and the anti-thrust wedge prevents the user from slipping forward.
Framed with a sturdy layer of plastazote to ensure stability, the Signature Series Bumblebee™ Cushion is made of soft memory foam and urethane that provide exceptional support and comfort.
The lateral pelvic and adductor supports of the Signature Series Bumblebee™ Cushion are reinforced with a rigid structure for effective postural control of the pelvis and the lower extremities. The cushion also features Rear Notching available for growth.
Signature Series Coho™ Bariatric Mattress
The Signature Series Coho™ mattress was exclusively designed by our clinical team to provide optimum comfort and support in a bariatric mattress. With a weight capacity of 600 lbs., the Coho utilizes a 7” extra-thick Monoblock of high-density and high-resilient foam. The unique variegated cell sizing allows large cells for softness and small cells for support, resulting in a 2.75 density rating, essential to resisting bottoming-out.
The Signature Series Coho™ comes standard with a durable, stretch, wipeable cover that minimizes fluid transfer.
